We will visit the property at the optimum time of day to show the house in the best light possible and can also arrange labelled images, with drop pins which show the local schools, parks, shops and nearest towns depending on the circumstances. As an architect, you can show off your newly-built property, from the ground up to completion. We offer the option to modify and Photoshop the aerial images, so even if the grass hasn’t bedded in yet or machinery is still on site, we can make the building site appear as if it’s been there for years already.
Construction site identification and ongoing build progress
We have helped investors, project managers and builders identify plots and utilize visual progress reports from a unique perspective. Aerial shots are also great for company portfolios and promotional material. Many buildings have problems with their original structures at various points. Things wear out! We can offer ultra-high resolution images and video, identifying exactly where potential problems may exist and we offer you a much cheaper alternative to erecting a full scaffold. As an added benefit, we can also go where no scaffolding can, in seconds rather than days. Chimney Stacks, commercial and domestic roofs, church spires, bridges and normally-inaccessible areas can really benefit from an aerial drone survey without the use of costly scaffolding and hazardous manned inspection.
